Support
The Justice Data Platform team provides and maintains the platform and its tools, but you are responsible for:
- your own code
- usage of the tools
- resolving application-level problems
You can check for a known problem affecting the Justice Data Platform.
Raise an issue
If the problem you’re experiencing is not a known problem, you can raise an issue in the Slack channel #ask-data-platform.
Make sure to include your Project ID and Key ID (not your API key) in the message.
Request an increase to your AI usage limits
You can request an increase to your AI usage limits by sending a message in #ask-data-platform on Slack.
You’ll need to make sure you include the following information:
- your business unit
- confirmation you have approval from the budget holder (usually your deputy director)
- a summary of why you need to exceed the default limits
The Justice Data Platform team will check your request and confirm any increases with you.
Incident management
The Justice Data Platform team follows an incident management process to investigate and resolve problems affecting the platform’s availability and functionality. You can find information about current incidents on the #ask-data-platform Slack channel.
Response and resolution times
The Justice Data Platform team cannot guarantee response or resolution times, nor out of hours support. We’ll do our best to investigate and resolve incidents according to capacity and the priority levels defined in the Justice Data Platform’s incident management process.
